I am the creator of Double Damnation and would like to request to add it on this list. It has been released on Steam but ofc you can download an offline version at its own repo

I request to add this, because damn it pains me to see so many opensource games are generic clones or bootleg. I wish for more opensource games like Battle for Wesnoth - I did my best, and so I want to share it to spread FOSS mentality, as it's a damn shame so many great games are closed source, and its normalized because "open source games are bad"

P.S. The github issue template is weird, and doesn't seem relevant to adding a game to the list.

Describe the solution you'd like
either clone the part of the data of open source clone games that are hosted on github, or just reference the whole site with a small footnote that not everything might be available on GitHub.

I think it should be great if we can see inside your list about some games details, such as "still under development", "dead project", and so on.
This could make more readable this list, such as many lists which give details about "paid/free", "public/registered", etc.
How do you think about this ? (I can help for this)
