Is there a way to make the heading image appear on the right side of the heading?

There are a few outstanding PRs that would be nice to have. If there is no bandwidth to deal with these, perhaps it's time to consider adding a collaborator.

Is there a plain js implementation of this thanks.

Thanks for creating this addon, it is really helpful for the project that I'm working on.

Looks like it is not receiving updates for a while and Ember now is recommending upgrading it to fix deprecations (the Ember global deprecation)

I want to know if there is any plan to upgrade this library to be in line with the new Ember specs.

Would be nice to be able to pass subtitle=false to {{placeholder.heading}} to disable/enable the subtitle.
