The bibtex entry, said that it is published in 2006 but the pdf title said 2009. Which one is correct ?

The date entry for 'On the Meanings of the Logical Constants and the Justification of Logical Laws' in the README is 1983 (the year of the lectures) but the article was published on 1996.

Some parts in the paper from 1979 are fuzzy. Peter Dybjer has a clearer version available at
http://www.cse.chalmers.se/~peterd/papers/oplss15.html .
(These materials were made available in context of the Oregon programming languages summer school in 2015.)

The typeset version of The Logic of Judgments is currently a 404. Not sure whether it's a link issue, or whether a PDF is missing?
