After selecting a tile the area where the entire tileset would be shown is suddenly "Selected" if you move your mouse just outside of the tileset area but still where the tileset Would be if it was being rendered there, you would be able to place a tile. once you move your mouse Outside this area then everything goes back to normal and you can edit the map.

After looking at the code it appears what was wrong was the "CanNpcMove" variable was what was being set on proper checks, however it was never checked as a return condition thus making the previous checks useless. I am sending a PR that both fixes that and revamps the entire function to be significantly cleaner (And should be more optimized)

Scrolling in the map editor is broken, Click once and it places a tile, as well as Highlight the scrollbar, but it doesnt actually Click it, you have to click agian to actually click it.

You should update this bad boy to .net 5. Also feel free to dm me if you have any issues with some of the functionality with my libraries (ASFW and SFML Portable). Ive been making my way to update them to .net core 3.1 and .net 5 as well.
