Hello Michael,

This looks like a wonderful package. I am curious whether you would consider changing some of the version requirements in composer.json. For example, is PHP 7.3 actually a necessity (same goes your related dependencies, such as LocalFile)? Also, the requested version of nesbot/carbon is incompatible with Laravel 5.8, or at least, that is what composer seems to be saying. Here's the output I get:
