neo4j-graphql-binding

Overview

In your server setup, you use can neo4jGraphQLBinding to create a GraphQL binding to the schema used by your Neo4j instance. The binding is set into your server's context object at some key and accessed in your resolvers to delegate requests for any generated query or mutation or those which use a @cypher directive.

The exports of this package are used to support various features in neo4j-graphql-server. See this section explaining the server setup process.

neo4j-graphql-binding is still under development, so please file an issue for any bug you discover or share feature requests. Thanks!

Found Incompatible Module

Hey! First off, this is an awesome lib -- I'm very excited about using graphql and neo4j together. This lib appears to solve some key aspect of the stack; getting access via the context to any/all queries and mutations from within any resolver seems essential.

I went to install this package (from neo4j-graphql-server and neo4j-graphql-binding) and got the following error:

error [email protected]: 
The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. 
Expected version "8.x". Got "12.10.0"

Any plans to update? Or, am I missing something obvious? I'd prefer not to downgrade my version of Node.js to accommodate this library.

[UPDATE] - looks like you can run yarn install --ignore-engines to get around the engine requirements.
