Proctor Bypass Script

This script is designed to bypass proctoring measures in online exams. It requires the Violentmonkey extension for your browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.).

Features

  • Bypass focus tab: Allows you to open other tabs while taking your exam without being detected.
  • Fake camera: Simulates a live camera feed, so you can take the exam without being monitored.
  • Save session: Automatically saves your exam progress, so you can resume later if needed.
  • Hide panel: Panel can be hidden by double clicking on it.

Example

Installation

  1. Install the Violentmonkey extension for your browser.
  2. Click the link to the script file and select "Raw" to view the script code.
  3. Click the "Install" button in the Violentmonkey extension.
  4. The script is now installed and will run automatically when you access the proctoring website.

Note: Use this script at your own risk. It is intended for educational purposes only.

Usage

When you access the proctoring website, the script will automatically run and enable the bypass features. Make sure to disable any other extensions that may interfere with the script.

bypass-proctoring-politech-site's Issues

Captured video not saved on local storage after some time

I have noticed that the script is not saving the captured video on local storage after some time. It seems that the data is being reset.

Steps to reproduce:
Open the script and start taking an exam.
Record a video for a few minutes.
Stop recording and save the video.
Leave the exam page and close the browser.
Reopen the browser and return to the exam page.
Attempt to resume the exam and access the saved video.

Expected behavior:
The script should save the captured video on local storage and allow me to resume the exam with the saved data.

Actual behavior:
The script does not save the captured video on local storage after some time. The data seems to be reset, and I am unable to resume the exam with the saved data.

Issue with fake camera feature when site requires webcam permission

A possible solution to this issue could be to add a feature that allows the user to grant permission for the fake camera to override the real webcam. This could be done by adding a prompt that asks the user if they want to allow the fake camera to bypass the webcam permission request.

Additionally, to prevent the user from accidentally enabling the real webcam, the script could make it so that the site cannot see an available camera on the device. This would ensure that the user only uses the fake camera and does not accidentally reveal their identity during the exam.

Overall, this would provide a more secure and transparent experience for users who want to use the fake camera feature while also complying with the security measures of exam sites that require webcam permission.
