Caught in resign-in loop

After logging in as 123456 on 22 Oct 13 aprox. 1646L I tried to access the
login logs.

I was redirected to sign-in after entering the correct password, I was
redirected to /login/home.php, then back to re-signin. Then caught in infinite
resign-in loop of having to enter the password. IP: 70.196.199.219.

Approve new members is broken

To do this just attempt to approve a new member.

Rather than approving the members, approval causes the page to assume a session
hijacking, and loses the input.

Create a quick sign-in feature

Create a check-box on index.php that allow users to do a "quick sign-in" where
they do not see any of the sign-in menus, but just sign-in to the event, and
return back to index.php. Will work well with a barcode reader.

Blank Page?

https://65.129.39.168:8090/visitor/finishVisit.php
The page specified above is completely blank? I'm not sure what you intended.
I'm guessing the "new CAP sign-in" is to create an account? I entered in new
information and the finishVisit page it took me to was blank. Maybe have a look
at it or clarify your intentions?

bind(...) won't run, the arrays are not available

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call bind(...)

What is the expected output?
It binds the parameters

What do you see instead?
There is an error, too few args for mysqli_stmt_bind_params. The arrays used
to hold the params when var_dumped, this error is given...
"array(3) { [0]=> Warning: var_dump(): Property access is not allowed yet in
/var/www/capsignin/projectFunctions.php on line 285 Warning: var_dump():"

/login/attendance/new.php was the page that I found the error on.

Promotion Sign-up Defaults to Cadet

When you go to the promotion sign-up with no lock query it still defaults to
cadet, and not all members. It should default to all members.

/login/index.php executes before header

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Request /login/index.php

There should be a header element, there is none.

The code in /login/index.php displays text before the header element, making it
not display.
