$clientPluginFolder construction problem
$clientPluginFolder is created by removing $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] from dirname(FILE). However, that's not a good idea because DOCUMENT_ROOT can have different value. DOCUMENT_ROOT contains variable that is set as root in server configuration. dirname(FILE) returns real path.
In case you're using symlinks on server (for example have just app installation that is symlinked for all domains), values of those two will be different.
