And SidekiqUniqueJobs.config.unique_args_enabled = false don't help.

I still have the problem.
I think the problem is that SidekiqUniqueJobs::Middleware::Client::Strategies::Unique#unique_for_connection? returns false for me because payload_hash is already watched.
Because of this Sidekiq::Client#push don't push the job.

That is how it used to be in testing mode before these updates. After the last refactoring it shouldn't be a problem anymore. It is possible you will have to clear old unique args manually but if you are using the latest and greatest I can't really help you more unless you show me the codez!
