Hi, I checked your code and noted that the format is rawvideo rgb565 little endian.
Can you please check if a video converted form ffmpeg works?

The command is :
ffmpeg -i in.mp4 -c:v rawvideo -pix_fmt rgb565le out.rgb

I tried your installation steps, but my build failed. Is there a .exe file that can be called directly?

Got this working on a TTGO T-Display ESP32 (240x135) but is very very slow, perhaps 1 fps. Was playback much faster for you?
