Sub-slides not showing

Not sure where exactly the bug lies, but I installed RISE, and tried to view the slides in the browser (Firefox, same problem in Chrome), only to find that the sub-slides do not show up. I see down arrows where I should be able to see the sub-slides, but they are not possible to show.
