Mokkari and Simyan both have the function to expire the cache, it would be nice if Esak got this feature as well

Describe alternatives you've considered
Assuming you're using both Esak and Mokkari you can just pass the Mokkari SQLite Cache object instead of the Esak SQLite Cache. As Esak only calls the get and store functions

The different resource summary modules pretty much all contain the same information, and it makes sense to create a generic module to reduce the amount of duplicate code.
