@clampr for example, for 10637 station (Frankfurt) the same values (temp 10.7, dwpt 7) for API are at 2021-09-22 00:00:00 (Europe/Berlin zone) but at 2021-09-22 23:00:00 on the WebApp in the graph (simlarly for utc it's 22:00:00 and 21:00:00 for api and webapp, respectively).

I'm aware that caching and other technical time delays can cause some inconsistency with recent data and forecasts between the different interfaces. However, if I compare the API and web app, I get the same data now:
Do you have Use Local Time enabled on the web app's settings?
