Install?

At the risk of sounding dense, how do I install this?

Youtube service not enabled even with correct config

I have install the extension by using
pip install git+https://github.com/MetalMichael/Mopidy-YouTube.git

The backend is in place and the /etc/mopidy/mopidy.conf file has the following settings

[youtube] enabled = true timeout = 10 bitrate = 320 apikey = AIzaSy.....my actual API key

I restart mopidy but youtube does no show up as a source when I search.

I also have the settings in the ext.conf just in case and still it does not show up. Is there a validation or something I am missing?
