The dataset I downloaded are n_obs × n_vars = 566,254 × 15,992, which is different to the paper reported that dataset contain >868,000 nuclei.
In addition, the dimensions of data in the Figure1.ipynb script are n_obs × n_vars = 868,209 × 16,444.
Could you please give me explanation for this difference? Thank you in advance.
