LingoLens

  • Desktop app for learning languages, made with Java Swing library & API by Tatoeba.
  • The application is built to show popup windoes with random sentences in the language you choose with the translation in the language you also can choose.
  • The messages are shown when the timer countdown hits 0 (you can also set intervals you prefer).

How to use

  1. Run the application
  2. Wait for a second for the app to show the first message
  3. In the system tray you can see the app icon, its context menu contains app interaction options
  4. There you can close the app, show sentence forcibly, see the countdown remaining time and open settings
  5. In settings you can set languages to work with, min and max amount of words in sentences, timer countdown intervals
