Information about the Fly-SB2040 for voron
Hi
When using the onboard NTC100K to check the temp with:
[temperature_sensor Warehouse]
sensor_type = ATC Semitec 104GT-2
sensor_pin = sb2040:gpio26
the value is too high.
When I set
pullup_resistor: 10000
then the value is better
Did you guys put a 10k resistor instead of 4.7k?
Thanks

The board can be purchased from here https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004675264551.html
More information can be found here http://mellow.klipper.cn/?spm=a2g0o.detail.1000023.17.73937885EgBMV3#/board/fly_sht36_42/
The link in the readme and also the links on aliexpress are incorrect,
Please correct this as the fly_sht36_42 is not the Fly-SB2040..
Hi, the SB2040-F.step only contains the FAN sub PCB. can you please add the full 3d model?
Cheers
Rico
For some reason it keep resetting firmware (no LED show) and canbus not detecting sb2040, and I have to reflash to get it to working again, so annoyed.

After some debugging I finally managed to get a BL-Touch (genuine V3.1) working on a Fly SB2040 V1. It is not possible as documented and it would be nice if you could update the documentation.
The BL-Touch is connected as recommended (using ENDSTOP_0
for the servo and ENDSTOP_1
for the sensor). To get it operating I had to remove the 1k series resistance at ENDSTOP_0
(R33) and replace it with 0 Ohms. Otherwise I only got about 2.3V on the GPIO which was not enough for BL-Touch. I also more or less accidentally removed the pull-up (R31) while soldering, which is not necessary for this application.
Hello!
Trying to configure Fly_SB2040 with BlTouch, but no luck yet.
What's the best idea to connect with BlTouch ?
So far I've got:
blt_signal (yellow) on gpio16 (PWM0)
blt_probe (white) on gpio29 (ENDSTOP1)
accordingly .cnf setup as follows:
[bltouch]
## Bltouch - If you use this section , please comment the [probe] section
## More infomation at : https://www.klipper3d.org/BLTouch.html
## This bltouch is not used for Z height, only Quad Gantry Leveling
## FLYSB2040 - ENDSTOP 2pin
sensor_pin: sb2040:gpio29
## FLYSB2040 - PWM0
control_pin: sb2040:gpio16
x_offset: 0
y_offset: 25.0
#z_offset: 0
speed: 5
samples: 3
samples_result: median
sample_retract_dist: 2.0
samples_tolerance: 0.01
samples_tolerance_retries: 2
probe_with_touch_mode: True
stow_on_each_sample: False
Soo after only about 20ish hours of printing i'm getting the dreaded 'tmc "extruder" reports error : GSTAT: 00000004 uv_cp=1 (undervoltage!).
I've tried all the fixes from this link.
but it hasn't fixed the issue.
any suggestions?
How I can to connect fan with 3 wire? I have sunon kd2404pfb3
fan and I don't understand how to connect and configure klipper to work with tachometer. I want to use that fan to hotend.
I had tried to connect with:
red to VCC
black to GND
white to PWM
but fan start going to hot
if I connect:
red to vcc
black to agnd
white to pwm
I have only full speed of the fan and cant to disable if hotend < 50 deg.
In documentation, you show information for 'four-wire' fan, but describe three wires fan
Hi,
I have just purchased a Fly-SB2040 and the board says it is V2. Would it be possible to update this repo for the new version?
It also has an extra 4 pin connector, and an unpopulated 20-pin pad on the back and I wanted to know what these are for?
Hello, I have problems with my inductive probe (Pinda, 5V) on a SB2040.
As soon as the probe supplies a signal, the temperature signal of the extruder (PT1000) is disturbed. The temperature seems to jump +/- 30°. Especially on the first layer the probe is always triggerd an brings Klipper to aboard the print du to "extruder does not heat on expected rate".
Tried the available GPIO`s from the other endstops but without success.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a workaround?
Thank you
Hi, I'd like to connect a bltouch to the Fly-SB2040 and the documentation on https://mellow.klipper.cn/#/board/fly_sb2040/ isn't enough for this.
I'd like to avoid destroying the bltouch or the fly_sb2040.
Are you willing to share the schematic for the board?
Thanks
Rico
