bio3: entries list needs to be put into JSON object
For some reason Webpack don't like importing JSON files that are only arrays. So let's make the bio3.json file an object with one field "bio3" that contains the array of entries.
bio1: "the final.txt" should blank out entries list
It's not super important but it was how the original version bio1 worked and I want to preserve that. This will only be on bio1; bio2 doesn't do this for its "canonical final entry" (in this case, "z.GARRISON {}.txt"). So we don't have to program it into the Bio1EntryList object.
