dead links from databox welcome page

clicking on driver store or app store has no response

they are pointing to the wrong route path?

eg: driver store -> /#!/driver/store, should be /#!/store/list/driver?

UI Assumptions

Driver-OS-Monitor, Stores, Container-Manager, Export-Service don't respond to the .../ui endpoint, but the Container-Manager assumes they do.

Data source selection on installation unclear

At least in Firefox, the data-source selection process on installation puts the variable name (?) as the default value in each required source. This makes it look like there are already values filled in, whereas in fact the user needs to make a selection from the singleton list in each case before is clickable.
