The applications will send information to the bike such as which LED to light up, blinking frequency, etc.

This issue needs further analysis.

The application needs to be aware of desired path, current location and from that derive which turn to take and when.

This would be best handled by an existing library. TODO: research.

1. Get working dev enviroment for Android platform.
2. Create your first Android app and test its deployment on both simulator and real device.
3. Push to project to the repository as a base for future work.
