Disallow files other than supported

Right now, only PNG files are supported, but the image upload function allows the user to upload literally anything. Validation and file size limits should be enforced on uploaded files.

Allow a user to register themselves

Switch to image tab when choosing new image

If the user is on the GCode tab, then chooses a new image, they will remain on the GCode tab. This means they are looking at Gcode for a different image.

We should also clear the GCode tab when switching to a new image, but there should be some caching mechanism. So if Gcode has been generated for that image, we can use the cached version

Create machine settings modal

Create material library modal

Cache GCode

GCode generated for the same image with the same settings should be identical, so we should cache it to avoid extra processing.

If the material or machine settings have been changed since the GCode was generated, then we need to regenerate. We can check update timestamps for this.
