Add search text box . User can search amount, doc name, doc Id etc.

there should be a password change system ,so that users can change it or recover it whenever they forgot

add a captcha to reduce the possiblities of spam. it will enhance the look :-p

username should also be displayed after log in ,so that we can know who is logged in

Check the code of Accept and Forward button
Whenever I create a document and forward to another user it is forwarding it to me,not to the targeted user.

Suppose I have to forward a document to more than one ID it will create problem.
In current code it changes once we forward it to one user,it should be static no matter how many times we have forwarded it .

Any counter cases ??

edit and delete options should be removed as no one can change the document or delete it after its creation...

When we enter long remark it is extending the column, It would be more appropriate if it will come in net line rather than extending the column.

Add a column, name (full name) to the user db.
You need to add an input text box to the registration page for Full name.
Recreate the database using create_db
Use the full name data instead of username in the get_init() and get_last() methods.
User full name instead of user name wherever you feel its necessary.
