Translate the code
Code, as well as comments, are mostly in French. There is also some files which should be renamed.
Code cleanup
A lot of old code is still inline, commented. It needs cleanup.
Port to SDL2
The current code relies on SDL 1.2. It would be interesting to port it to SDL 2, or to use a QPainter instead of an SDL surface.
Translate the UI
The current UI is hardcoded in French. It should not be difficult to translate it.
