Add a number of opendata timeseries into the framework

• weather
• basic economic data
• consumer index

min max dates of a source were detected using two queries due to sql single parameter output limitations.

With delta option on a whole delta date range is loaded. In case of larger tables we want to cut deltas with a number of days back.
If delta is shorter , the date range in delta must be leading . We should never delete more data that is loaded.

MAIS basic pattern recognition.

• let MAIS to search timeseries patterns. As the basic level we want to recognize basic timeseries pattern in your managed timeseries.
• recognising #Wyckoff pattern will be a big victory

Integration D3js.org library.

• we built an API such that users can create and share amazing charts across reports and the Internet (include it in blogs, etc)

For updating of intraday data we provide extra two parameters p1 for join with time interval and p2 for interval duration. If p1 left empty, we assume the source has interval_id column. If it does not, the user may consider making a view with a join with time interval.
