To add more terms

I think it's not only "韓國瑜" should be filtered, but "韓冰" and "李佳芬" such useless news need to be filtered.

Factor out words to hide

Hi. I think we can separate blacklisted words, say bannedWord.txt from watch.js and read in when needed. Then this can be further forked as other filters as well.
