Initially, ContextResolver was used to allow multiple and separated instances for each context. While running the framework for a windows form application it would return a singleton, while running a http server instance it would provide multiple instances, one per request.

I ended up realizing that's clever to not provide multiple instances, and instead recreate the whole app object -per request-. This may change in the future, but it provides simplicity while writing the porting of fundamental components, that may be rewritten to allow multi-request and instance-reuse support.

Unlike PHP, C# supports multiple constructor definition.
At the moment we filter out the correct constructor by matching the number of parameters passed in being >= of the number of arguments of the constructor.
We should consider trying to match the type by matching the types at the tail of the arguments of the constructor types.
