As the help command is dynamic depending on what page the user is on, open command is only available on the main page but not the budget page so it will only be displayed when the user uses the help command on the main page.

Reason for disagreement: Hi, I disagree. I think you might have misread the title. As stated in the title, in the Main page, the open command is missing from the help list. As mentioned in your response, that it SHOULD only appear in the main page but this does not happen. I hope this clear things up! Thank you!
