Add CSRF protection
Move from browserify to closure compiler

Consider moving from mongodb to postgres
Need to look into this. MongoDB is essentially json storage so it'll be good for API endpoints but relational lookups may be expensive. Maybe it doesn't matter as game state will be handled in Redis.
Move DB to Postgres
Using MongoDB now. Good for serving up json objects to the API endpoints but not as good for normalized data. Don't think it will be an issue for now, but I'm concerned about memory usage.
Use token based auth strategy
Allows authentication through the socket connection. No need for http requests.
