I'm noticing some odd imperfections in the image on screen that look like color drop outs or artifacts. I'm only noticing this in EmulationStation, RetroArch menus, and some PS1 games (usually during FMVs). All other content looks great and I don't see these artifacts.

Things I've tried
First, I double checked to make sure the config file matched your supplied file and it does. Next, I double checked for continuity between the 54 pin connector and the GPIO, PWR, or GND they were connected to with no issues. Then I inspected the 54 pin connector under a scope to make sure there were no solder bridges I may have missed the first. No bridges or other solder related issues. Finally, to rule out any sort of hardware issue, I built a second DPI board and it exhibits the same exact issue.
