No activity in groups or channels when --special-channel-prefix '##' is enabled about telegramircd HOT 1 CLOSED

This may be caused by a timing issue.

        loop.create_task(self.handle_telegram_cli())
        loop.create_task(self.init())

self.init() sends get_self, channel_list, contact_list and dialog_list commands by creating sockets connecting to the port telegram-cli listens on. When the four commands are sent, telegram-cli may not have listened on the port. So the initialization fails and telegramircd does not know the channel/chat/contact lists.

As a workaround, you may run the /list command to ask telegramircd to re-initialize the channel/chat/contact lists.
