Since babou does independent things in parallel, the output of things, like package installations, sometimes print at the same time, making it less clean to look at. look into how this experience could be improved.

why you launch brew cask [install,list], you need to launch an NSTask with the shell and the task launchPath. otherwise, it won't recognize that cask is installed, even if the task.environment is set to the current user's environment. this is weird and shouldn't happen. investigate further.

Right now, I'm MD5ing file contents to see if they're different. Run a benchmark to see if [NSFileManager contentsEqualAtPath:andPath:] is faster and, if so, switch to using that.

right now, if brew and cask aren't installed, babou doesn't work. babou should automatically install brew and cask if they don't exist.

can i change perms somewhere to fix this? is this always going to require user interaction? come up with a solution for this?

Make a downloadable pkg that asks you where your config files are on github, would you like to schedule the running of babou, etc.
