private <A extends [a Component class], B extends A> B present(View<A> view, A fallback)

For each Composite, all the children are presented first, before presenting the Composite itself. After that, child presentations are added to the Composite's rendition.

Providing render(…) hooks on View class creates some strange situations because of Java generics, where you can have runtime ClassCastException. Instead, the base rendering class should be the limiting constraint.

New MVCP paradigm for Jefferson 2.

Make it possible to use Jefferson for the benefit of declarative UIs only, without needing to use a separate presentation/Presenter.

This would allow CustomLayouts and the like.

Exact implementation to be decided.
