Confused abt PIL in Python3

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "ball.py", line 64, in
pixdata = image.Image.load()
AttributeError: 'ImageDraw' object has no attribute 'Image'

I dont know why I'm getting an error.
I tried this way because I get the same error with putpixel((x,y),(255,255,255))
