hex0 commented lines terminated by CR are not recognized by hex0tobin.py .
As such, after a comment character (# or ;) followed by a CR (ascii 0x0D), any hex after that counts are part of the commented line and isn't removed.

fuzz testing monitor hex0 encoding shows CALLI failure on 64 bit register, no optimizations

188c3fe enhances the hex0 fuzzing test suite by adding register size and register size optimization variations. This demonstrates an interesting failure case, Hex0FuzzTest64 triggers knightdecodeutil.OutsideOfWorldException after the invocation of CALLI. The other variations (16 bit, 32bit, with and without optimized versions, and 64 bit optimize) work fine.

CALLI generic (not register size optimized) was introduced in 3df99e2 and modified further by f047215 .

The optimized version was introduced in 4495261 and modified in f047215.
