Reproduction: try pasting this basecamp/trix#117 into item box

This way we can order new records by added date if their display orders are all the same.

For example, if someone adds 20 items in a row without reordering them, when they refresh the page those items are likely to be in a different order, because all their display order values will by identical, so it'll be left to the DB to return them in whatever order it sees fit. Alphabetical ordering won't help, and our GUIDs aren't sequential (deliberately) so we can't order by them.

Seems to cancel instead?

They are using a translation service to render open graph tags, so the result from the metadata fetch is incorrect. Perhaps use a headless browser to retrieve?

Releasing the latest commit breaks the app with an [ERR!] string being written out by Nancy in the index.html view (line 162):

No server-side changes have been made whatsoever, and the app runs perfectly locally. Is this a Linux/.NET 5 thing, perhaps? I have literally no idea.

This is annoying when you want to open a page in a new tab instead of in the current window... we need a custom internal preventDefault function which filters on button:

if (event.button == 0)

Need to fix this using History.js to return to previous state

If user doesn't like the title which was retrieved, they should be able to remove/cancel it and use the URL as the link text instead
