SpeechRecognition 是 python 的語音識別 library ，裡面串接了多種 online 的語音轉文字 API 服務以及 offline 的語音轉文字引擎。
包含以下幾種： CMU Sphinx (ofline) Google Speech Recognition Google Cloud Speech API Wit.ai Microsoft Bing Voice Recognition Houndify API IBM Speech to Text
免錢的有 CMU 的語音識別 CMU Sphinx，是唯一離線的，還有 Google Speech Recognition。 其他都要帳號註冊取得 api key 才可以使用他們的語音轉文字服務。
