Problem with CreateSeuratObejct
Ich habe mehrere wege versucht um das Seurat-Objekt zu erstellen (686e30c). Jedoch bekomme ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
No cell names (colnames) names present in the input matrix
Dies gilt für N1729 und N1730.
Bei dem ersten Datensätzen (N1441_N1494_N1656_MusMusculus) hat das Skript funktioniert.

docker container
I will try to create a prototype docker container for this. I'll need to know the exact packages that are used:
a) Ubuntu packages (apt-get). Ubuntu version (at least 18.04)
b) R packages
