It should be readable on most devices now, but we'll probably want to tweak things like paragraph padding, typefaces and headers.

those little dotted lines under words which you can hover for a little popup with explenations. how does one do that again?

This is a tough one, but also very important. There's lots (30ish?) of delegated regulations. Processing them by hand is infeasible.

This shouldn't be a priority though.

There's a few fairly minor issues now. Unclosed <li> elements and such. Shouldn't be hard to fix using a validator.

The signature is a bit messed up. Check the pdf version for how it's meant to be displayed. We may just drop it too; it doesn't add any information.

There's <nav>, <section> and <article> elements now. We may invent our own too - wouldn't it be cool to use <note>s?
