Hi.

I know that it might be not you MOD problem, but i decided to post it at least to inform you.

I installed Quick Title Edition mod, everything works without errors. I Double check my edits - all seems be ok.

I found that no one (user/moderator/admin) can use "Quick Edit" feature on the first post of the topic :(

They can use "Quick Edit" feature at second post of the topic and it works fine. I found that this is by Quick Title Edition MOD "includes/function_posting.php" edits - when i replace this single file by old, unmodified version everything back to normal.

Is there any chance to look at this problem ? I can provide you full access to my site if you want to look at it.

This bug only occurs in an up to date IE 8 in Windows 7, IE 8 in Windows XP doesn't have this bug.

I occurs when you try and click inside the textarea box, you get an alert box saying "Stack overflow at line: 0".

I found a "fix" which seems to work, but I really have no idea what else I may have broken by doing this.

Open quickedit_header.html find the function "qe_initInsertions" at around line 347 then comment it out.
I can't see where this function is used... but it must be somewhere since IE reports the error...

It's ironic that that code is supposed to workaround another IE bug which is causing this error :P

Would be great if anyone with better javascript skills could patch it proper?

FYI, I don't use IE, I hate, but for some strange reason allot of people on my forum do :(
