possible solutions:

1. just make source files with some script (one problem, is line feeds difference, probably have Windows feeds for everyone not a great solution).
2. add some script to pull dependencies after tarball extraction
3. autodetect this and disable zstd automatically, but won't work if I had obligatory submodules

Having 3 servers with 24 cores and same tools, tasks queued mainly to one server, which is non-optimal.

On second attemp, build continues without errors.

Investigation: fclose() always flushes? Linker command have dependency on all nodes?

They should be equal. If not possible to determine tool version, just ignore it. If conflict detected, build should marked as invalid.
