Port the external search app with editors recommendation to the intranet. The current site search embedded in the Dashboard will be removed when this app is in production and stable.

OAuth2 will be used for the intranet version in the same way as for the external one.

A small editorial group manages a collection of up to 200 search suggestions with a collection of keywords associated with each one. Each suggestion must have a meaningful place to take the user to, based on the search text entered.

When a user performs a search, in the search field as an autosuggest list and on the search results page, a search in the editorially managed keywords is triggered. If one up to three matches are found, they are displayed at the top of the list/results. Siteseekers results are displayed below and at the very bottom a Perform a full search link is displayed.

Will probably be implemented in Redis.

Nice to have: Increment the number of clicks on each suggested page and store it with the suggestion item for later prioritizing use. Easy to implement for the autosuggest list but maybe not so good to have when the user clicks on the search result to come to the actual page since there shouldn't be another request to the search server (s1) before the user lands on the requested page. We have already a delay to be able to log search interaction to GA, and it is evil for the user.

Implement event logging to Google Analytics tracking what kind of link a user clicks on in the autosuggestion list and search results.

Question: to discuss with @jesperbylund. How should we manage administrators is the SAML IdP in place? If we should manage administrators internally in the app need to switch from Sinatra to Rails to be able to reuse code for this and open a port from s1 to authenticated them with the LDAP.

Ola, not on Github, starts the editorial work by preparing the first selection of search suggestions, the keywords and investigates if there is a proper place to take the user to.

Time boxed activity. Should be portable to the intranet dashboard.

When the search field on the site search results page is focused and device width is <= 480, autoscroll the page so that the search field is placed on the very top of the viewport.
