Use Case

The use case is that a start form contains errors and/or missing information. After review, an employee should be able to place the start form in the citizens/customers inbox and request that the erronous and/or missing information is corrected/added.

Acceptance criteria

• The form is placed in the citizens/customers inbox.
  • The form contains the same entered data as the previous form.
• The citizens/customers is notified of the request for completion.
• The previous form is stored as a PDF/A.
• The new form generates a new PDF/A

So that Orbeon can use PostgreSQL for persistence.

If there is no Orbeon Forms form tied to a specific activity in the BPMN process, show the same text the CMS provides. Provide a "next" button of sorts so that the user can tell the system that the activity is done.

The CMS should override the documentation for activites provided in the BPMN diagram. If there is no documentation about the activity within the CMS, the documentation is retrieved from the BPMN diagram.

In order to submit the form authentication is required.

If a user presses the save button provided by Orbeon the form is saved along with the session id.
As long as the user keeps the session the form data persists. When the session is closed the form is cleared. The session should only persist as long as the browser is open.

Saved but unsubmitted forms need to be purged at regular intervals, preferably whenever the session is closed.

• Quickfix for now.
  The problem we had did not have to do with lacking error pages for Orbeon, but was due to a config. error in properties-local.xml. We downgrade this ticket.
