Dockerfile needs careful review
- Currently it uses anaconda image, which is heavy and leads to unnecessarily long building time
- OMP_NUM_THREADS param is confusing. While I do remember that it was there to solve the issue with huggingface blocking use of OMP when running inference of BART model on CPU, this needs additional review since it can possibly impact the GPT inference time, which is crucial here
- Efficiency may be improved by changing the order of the RUN commands. Need to check that we utilize cache everywhere we can
