Currently the control rig having issues with rotating the twist bones, particularly on the arms.

While things are less hardcoded than the previous version, there's still conflicting decisions on whether outfits should be included and allowed to be pushed by contributors.

Some things to consider for including outfits in the repo are follows.

Pros

• Once an outfit is pushed, others can simply use it.
• It could cut down other's work on processing the outfits for Miriwaku.

Cons

• Outfits are added on weekly basis. Catching up with it would be difficult.
• Repository will be huge. GitHub is not super reliable when it comes to downloading large repository.
• Not many Producers will make use of them all, and it can make them redundant.

Some things to consider with current outfit decoupling.

Pros

• Wear What You Want: Producers can bring in the outfits on their own that they want their idols to wear.
• Project could be clutter free from redundant outfit that unlikely be used in Producers's scenes.
• Smaller repo size.
• Repo maintenance would be easier, as there'd be no catching up every week.

Cons

• It'd took some effort on bringing them to Unreal Editor (albeit less, compared to old version)
• Documentations are going to be needed (coming soon!)

Due to main audience of Mirishita is from Japan, help needed to translate README.md to Japanese.
