Even if there is nothing to commit pushing option comes
If no msg is entered no commit should happen.
Sometimes many file contain the same work. Remember the commit message of last file and give option for committing next file with same message.
Push option comes even if there is noting to push in case all the changed files has been checked out.
In each changed file give a option to checkout the file.
Even if branch is up-to-date following msg comes:
