This is a python / opencv colored-object detector.

Installation

  • Install opencv 2.4.10 and python bindings. For ubuntu:
    • Ubuntu: sudo apt-get install libopencv-dev python-opencv
    • OSX: brew install opencv
  • Install numpy: sudo -H pip install numpy zmq

Usage

  • Run webcam.py
  • Spacebar pauses execution, escape quits program.
  • One image shows the input video, the other shows the filtered data being processed.
