That link now redirects to one about allowing customs ISOs... Weird.
EDIT: The Digital Ocean PR guys sent me an email about it, "if someone creates a 1-click install image for their favorite framework, app, etc they can share it with the community", i.e Ubuntu 14.04 with mail-in-a-box already set up.
