Create a virtual python environment and install libraries with pip

pip install -r requirements.txt

Create all virtual environments (using tox)

tox

Migrate the database

python manage.py migrate

run tests (verify successful installation)

pytest

run tests (verify coverage)

pytest --cov

Run development server

python manage.py runserver
