Currently the -ItemType Directory option is confusing.

1. Option 1, keep the ItemType Directory.
   Add a separate flag such as IsCreateDump to confirm the creation of a DumpFile into the target directory.
2. Option 2, discard ItemType Directory and have just separate commands
